Jack is the founder of Butterworth, a consultancy working across land, energy, and development. He has spent his career in property and strategic land, building a broad understanding of residential, commercial, and renewable projects. Butterworth was set up to bring this experience together, helping clients navigate complex land and energy matters with straightforward, practical advice.

Chris has also worked in property and construction his whole career and met Jack in the Officers training Corp in the Army Reserves while they were studying at Exeter University. Chris has worked at a top London surveying firm based in Victoria. Chris specialises in the technical aspects and has a vast contact base to help our clients.
